VEX IQ Robotics offers students a fun and engaging platform for learning key concepts in science, technology, engineering, math (STEM), and computer programming. By using robotics kits, students can apply their knowledge of programming, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to design robots that complete specific tasks and solve real-world challenges. This course provides hands-on experience for beginners and advanced learners looking to build upon existing skills in robotics and programming. Upon completing this course, students should have a solid understanding of basic programming principles, mechanical systems, and engineering concepts related to building and controlling robots.
The VEX IQ Challenge, presented by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, provides elementary and middle school students with exciting, open-ended robotics challenges that enhance their science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) skills through hands-on, student-centered learning.
VEX IQ is a snap-together robotics system, making it fast and easy to build an endless variety of robots. Watch code come alive on a physical robot and apply key STEM skills.VEXcode IQ brings Robotics and Computer Science to life for all students at all skill levels and they can choose three different coding languages - Block-based, Python, and C++.
Beyond science and engineering principles, VEX encourages creativity, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving among groups.

My son had a brilliant experience working through a bunch of different STEM and coding activities in this center. In his own words that this was the "best summer camp" he has ever been to. My son has a liking for "legos" but what he was able to achieve an understanding and get hands on experience of many concepts beyond his grade level thanks to the great coaching provided by the teachers at Futurebytes.We were truly amazed by what he was able to pull off in a short few weeks. I would strongly recommend this club for kids interested in VEX, Legos, coding, STEM and everything in between.

We highly recommend this camp and will look to come back again! I was a bit nervous about this camp and had a minor schedule mix-up at the beginning but was able to quickly resolve the situation and pivoted to a more flexible schedule. I was pleasantly surprised at how much my daughter, Kira, enjoyed the camp. We were nervous as she was the only girl in the camp and had absolutely zero coding experience. Kira absolutely loved every minute of the camp and the daily pick up averaged 10-15 minutes since she 1) didn't' want to leave, 2) had to excitedly tell me about her project(s).
