General Questions

  • There will be 8-10 students maximum in each course for our weeklong full-day camps.

  • None of our courses have prerequisites.

  • Futurebytes faculty are highly qualified individuals with backgrounds in computer science, electronics & electrical engineering, and related fields. Our instructors have deep expertise across several domains including game development, app creation, and software programming.

  • Students enrolled in Futurebytes will spend the majority of their time in the lab along with 1 one-hour Lunch break, and 2 snack breaks. Beyond STEM skill development, students will socialize, make friends, and have fun!

  • Yes. We do provide extended care from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with additional charges.

  • We offer scholarships for our summer programs. Please check our Scholarship page for current information.

  • Please note that we offer a full refund within 24 hours of enrollment for courses starting more than two weeks from now. However, if your camp starts sooner than this, please keep in mind that while we cannot provide a refund, we can apply 100% of the cost toward future camps or other courses at any time that works for you.

  • Before the start of the registered camp session, you have the option to transfer your registration to a different location or session without incurring additional charges, as long as there is availability.

  • Ensuring the wellbeing of our campers and staff is paramount. We adhere strictly to the latest COVID-19 recommendations set forth by government authorities at all of our locations. Any significant updates to these guidelines will be promptly communicated to families.

  • Our campsites have comprehensive evacuation protocols that cater to a wide range of potential emergencies such as earthquakes, fires, and other unforeseen events. Our team members undergo rigorous training to ensure they can respond effectively to these situations, keeping your child safe at all times.

  • Anyone who is picking up your child after camp, should have identification ready and be registered on your child's account as an approved guardian for pickup."

  • At our summer camps, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our campers. Our Camp Directors are trained in first aid and CPR to ensure they are equipped to handle any medical emergencies that may arise. If a camper experiences a minor injury such as a scrape or cut, we make sure to inform their parent or guardian at checkout each day. In the case of a more significant injury, we will contact emergency services immediately and reach out to the child's family to provide updates on their condition.

  • At our summer camps, we prioritize the safety and well-being of each child who attends. This includes taking allergies seriously and ensuring that we have accurate information on file for every camper. During the enrollment process, parents/guardians will fill out a comprehensive Camper Information form which includes details about their child's allergies. Our staff at the camp location will receive this information before the start of camp. If you would like to discuss any allergy-related concerns or provide additional instructions, please feel free to reach out to your Camp Director, whose contact information will be provided in early June.

    All of our staff members undergo training in recognizing the symptoms of anaphylaxis and using EpiPens appropriately. Any EpiPens brought to camp by families will stay with the camper and their designated supervisor at all times. By working together, we can ensure that children with allergies have a safe and enjoyable experience at our summer camps.

  • Please note that we don't provide lunch at our summer camp. Campers must bring their own nut-free snacks and packed meals from home. Additionally, we suggest bringing a reusable water bottle for convenience.

  • We understand that absences can occur from time to time, and we have a team in place to ensure that your child stays on track with their assignments and activities at camp. However, please note that we cannot provide any refunds for missed days

  • To check on your child's summer camp registration, simply log into your account and review your enrollment details. While you're there, make sure to double-check the emergency contacts listed for your camper and verify that you have signed up for extended care as needed.
