LEGO®
Robotics Innovator
Design smarter. Code deeper.
Build like an innovator.
Program Overview

Engineering Mindset
Students move beyond basic construction to purposeful engineering. They learn to plan robot builds, break down problems, and select the right motors and sensors for each task.
Advanced Block Coding
Using LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime, learners explore loops, conditionals, variables, and events—understanding how code components work together to control robot behavior.
Sensors & Intelligent Behavior
Students work with distance, color, force, and motion sensors, enabling robots to navigate paths, react to obstacles, and make decisions in real time.
Real-World Robotics Challenges
Projects grow in complexity and mirror real engineering scenarios, encouraging testing, iteration, and optimization through observation and refinement.
What Your Child Will Learn
Robot Design & Engineering
Plan and build advanced robots using motors and sensors with clear engineering intent.
Block-Based Programming
Use loops, conditionals, variables, and events to create intelligent robot behavior.
Sensor Integration
Program robots to sense distance, color, motion, and force to respond dynamically to their environment.
Computational Thinking
Break down complex problems, test solutions, analyze outcomes, and optimize performance.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work in teams to solve challenges, share ideas, and develop perseverance through iteration.
Competition-Style Problem Solving
Gain early exposure to real-world engineering practices and FIRST® LEGO League–style challenges.
Program Details
This program is designed for students who already have basic building or coding experience and are ready to move into more advanced robotics concepts.
Students use block-based coding, progressing into advanced concepts such as loops, conditionals, variables, and events.
Both. Students build individual skills while also participating in team-based challenges that promote collaboration.
Yes. The program builds a strong foundation for FIRST® LEGO League (FLL) participation and other robotics competitions.
Students develop confidence in robotics, strengthen engineering and computational thinking skills, and learn to design, code, test, and optimize intelligent robots.
